I am Claromes (Clarissa Mendes), a freelance programmer.

My focus is on open-source research and web development. I'm also interested in the decentralized web, federation, and self-hosting.

I started programming in Adobe After Effects, using expressions and ExtendScript, and I currently work with Python, JavaScript and TypeScript. Occasionally, I take on projects involving PHP and Ruby. I also explore creative coding with py5, pygame, and pymunk.

I contribute to and maintain open-source projects, and I run Célere, a company specializing in news website optimization.
